> Breakthrough Weekend is a three-day experience in Gainesville, Florida, in which you will challenge your limiting beliefs and expand your emotional agility. You will have healthy, supported experiences with grief, anger, shame, forgiveness, and play. Learn how you can discover purpose, connection, confidence, and self-love.
> You will participate in small and large experiential group exercises led by licensed mental health professionals and trained life coaches. The exercises are based on a theoretical framework of Alfred Adler and Gestalt Therapy.
